You can now purchase from Preferred Futures a single Family Group Conference.
We will appoint one of our trained experienced coordinators to liaise with your staff, trace and meet with extended family members and invite them to discuss how best the child, young person is supported. We organise and facilitate the family meeting and circulate the plan. We will discuss the outcome of the referral with you.
You can also achieve economies of scale by purchasing blocks up to five or ten referrals. This will bring increasing additional benefits.
